Current provincial legislation, such as British Columbia's Unclaimed Property Act and Quebec's Public Curator Act, sets out specific administrative requirements for property that has been deemed as unclaimed. Stone Funds adheres to all current unclaimed property legislation through our Unclaimed Property Policy.
